The film « Dunya’ s Day » won the Jury Prize – International Fiction, Sundance Film Festival, USA, in 2019.It will be screened in the presence of its director, Raed Alsemari, a filmmaker from Riyadh. Raed graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts (New York) with a degree in Film Studies after a degree from Harvard University in History and Literature, with a specialization in Postcolonial Studies. His film reflects Saudi creativity, culture and humour.
