DESCRIPTION:Cet atelier explore comment le mouvement physique simple et acc
 essible (respiration\, mobilité articulaire\, renforcement musculaire dou
 x) peut stimuler et soutenir le processus créatif.\n\nÀ travers un temps
  d’échange\, une mise en mouvement progressive et des exercices adapté
 s aux contraintes du travail créatif (postures prolongées\, fatigue\, ch
 arge mentale)\, les participantes expérimentent concrètement l’impact 
 du mouvement sur leur concentration\, leur énergie et leur capacité à c
 réer.\n\nUn temps de création est proposé à l’issue de la séance af
 in d’ancrer les ressentis et de faire le lien direct entre corps en mouv
 ement et créativité.\nThe added value of movement on creativity\nThis wo
 rkshop explores how simple and accessible physical movement (breathing\, j
 oint mobility\, gentle muscle strengthening) can stimulate and support the
  creative process.\nThrough discussion\, gradual movement and exercises ad
 apted to the constraints of creative work (prolonged postures\, fatigue\, 
 mental load)\, participants will experience the concrete impact of movemen
 t on their concentration\, energy and ability to create.\nA creative sessi
 on will be offered at the end of the workshop to anchor the feelings and m
 ake a direct link between the body in motion and creativity.
